You retain ownership of any images or content you upload to C.H.A.R.L.I.E. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it solely for the purpose of operating the service. We do not claim ownership of your content, and we do not use it for any purpose beyond providing the app's features to you.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at our discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including (but not limited to) violations of these terms, abuse of the service, or conduct we deem harmful to the community.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — this service.

We do not collect your email address, real name, payment information, or precise location. We never run background analytics on your behavior or build advertising profiles.

If you share your address for restaurant recommendations, that address is used only to query the Brave Search API for nearby results. It is not logged to our database and is not retained beyond the duration of that session request.

Your data is stored on a private server. It is never sold, shared, or used for advertising — by us or anyone else. We do not and will not monetize your personal information.

The only third-party service we use is the Brave Search API, which powers restaurant queries. We do not use any analytics services, advertising networks, or tracking pixels. No third party receives your personal data.

You can delete your account and all associated data (chat history, uploaded images, and profile stats) from the Profile page inside the app. Deletion is permanent and immediate. If you have trouble deleting your account, contact us directly.
